Thin Mint Shakeology

Girl Scout cookies and the ever famous McDonald’s Shamrock Shake have officially made their 2015 debut. While I can honestly say I have never had a Shamrock Shake (gasp!) I know plenty of people who have, and my brother may be the number one consumer!  Girl Scout cookies and me go way back and I look forward to them every year 🙂  When I was younger eating a box of Girl Scout cookies was no big deal, but now that I’m older,  and have to watch what I put into my body, I only allow myself one or two cookies.  This week  something amazing happened! I stumbled upon a Thin Mint Shakeology recipe and my life has been changed!  I made this for breakfast yesterday morning and it truly tastes like a thin mint cookie!  Who would have thought my healthiest meal of the day could taste like dessert?! I know this will be a reoccurring shake for me for a while.

Mint Shake Supplies 


  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 6-8 Ounces Water
  • 1/2 TSP Mint Extract
  • Ice


Put all ingredients in blender and blend.
